Tramitación de peticiones y solicitudes . El trámite de las peticiones y solicitudes formuladas a la Comisión Reguladora será el establecido en el Decreto-ley 01 de 1984 y en la resolución interna que para tal fin rija en el Ministerio de Desarrollo Económico. Toda petición o solicitud será radicada por la Secretaría de la Comisión.
