El Ministerio de Minas y Petróleos podrá inspeccionar en todo tiempo, en la forma que estime conveniente, las labores de los Contratistas y el modo como éstos cumplen sus obligaciones. El Director de las Minas de Marmato ejercerá la supervigilancia directa del cumplimiento de dichas obligaciones.
