En aplicación de lo dispuesto por la Ley 163 de 1959 y su Decreto Reglamentario, todas las restauraciones, remodelaciones y las obras de protección, defensa y conservación o cualquier tipo de intervención que se deba efectuar en el inmueble objeto del presente Decreto, deberá contar con el permiso previo del consejo de Monumentos Nacionales.
