Quedan derogadas las disposiciones anteriores a la presente ley, que regula íntegramente la materia, y seguirán rigiendo, además de los numerales citados en el artículo 52, el artículo 41 de la Ley 120 de 1919 , el artículo 17 de la Ley 14 de 1923 , la Ley 4º de 1921, la Ley 13 de 1922 y todas aquellas disposiciones que de modo especial hayan hecho declaración de dominio o de reserva de dominio de la Nación sobre el petróleo, en lo referente a dicha declaración.
