º . Vigilancia . Minercol Ltda., como Entidad recaudadora deberá tomar todas las medidas necesarias para verificar los montos de producción de los minerales objeto de esta contraprestación, de manera que se garantice su oportuna y correcta declaración, para lo cual podrá inspeccionar de manera periódica o permanente la producción de las respectivas explotaciones.
