Art. 12. Los alumnos que en el presente año se matricularon en el curso de Física analítica , pueden cambiar este estudio por el de Química inorgánica i generalidades de análisis química, para ganar los tres cursos que comprende el primer año de enseñanza en la Escuela de Injeniería. El Secretario de la Universidad hará las anotaciones correspondientes en las matrículas de los cursantes que usen del derecho que les concede este artículo.
