Modifícase el numeral 3º, letra b) del artículo 326 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, el cual quedará así:
Dictar las normas generales que deben observar las instituciones vigiladas en su contabilidad, sin perjuicio de la autonomía reconocida a estas últimas para escoger y utilizar métodos accesorios, de conformidad con la ley.
