Artículo segundo. El impuesto extraordinario del diez por ciento (10%) de que trata el artículo segundo del Decreto legislativo número 2323 de 1965, se debe por el año de 1966, y se liquidará sobre el monto de los impuestos enumerados en el artículo tercero del presente Decreto, correspondientes al año gravable de 1965.
