INFORME ADMINISTRATIVO. En los casos de muerte previstos en los artículos 162, 163 y 164 de este estatuto, las circunstancias de modo, tiempo y lugar en las cuales se sucedieron los hechos serán calificadas por los Directores de las dependencias de la Dirección General de la Policía y de las Escuelas de Formación, Comandantes de Departamento y Jefes de Organismos Especiales.
