Si el negocio interesa juntamente al que hace el encargo i al que lo acepta, o a cualquiera de estos dos o a ambos i un tercero, o a un tercero esclusivamente, habrá verdadero mandato; si el mandante obra sin autorizacion del tercero, se producirá entre estos dos el cuasicontrato de la agencia oficiosa.
