Los títulos y certificados obtenidos en el exterior se someterán a lo que sobre registros, autenticaciones y equivalencias con los títulos expedidos en el país determinan el Ministerio de Educación Nacional y el Instituto Colombiano para el Fomento de la Educación Superior.
