Liquidación del Fondo. De conformidad con el artículo 4° de la Ley 1872 de 2017, cumplido el plazo de vigencia del Fondo el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público podrá liquidarlo cuando lo determine la JAF. En ese momento si el Fondo tuviere recursos, bienes y activos, se deberán transferir de acuerdo con lo definido por la JAF.
