En los Departamentos, Intendencias o Comisarías donde el impuesto de registro y anotación hubiere sido cedido a los Municipios, el pago se hará en el lugar y forma que determinen los reglamentos departamentales, intendenciales o comisariales. En defecto de dicha reglamentación se aplicarán por analogía las reglas establecidas en los artículos anteriores.
