CONSEJO NACIONAL DE CULTURA. Confórmase el Consejo Nacional de Cultura que será integrado por:

1. El Ministro de Educación Nacional o su delegado

2. El Director de Planeación Nacional, o su delegado.

3. El Sub-Gerente Cultural del Banco de la República.

4. Dos (2) Delegados del Presidente de la República, en representación del sector cultural privado.

5. Cinco (5) Delegados de la comunidad cultural, elegidos por el Director de la entidad de listas que le presenten los Consejos Regionales y Municipales de Cultura y de los Fondos Mixtos de Cultura

El Director General del Instituto Colombiano de Cultura asistirá al Consejo Nacional de Cultura.
