El capital, que conforme al artículo 2º del Decreto que se reglamenta, deben aportar las entidades mencionadas en dicha disposición, se pagará en la siguiente forma: una cuarta parte antes del 8 de septiembre del presente año; una cuarta parte antes del 18 de noviembre del año en curso; otra cuarta parte antes del 18 de enero del próximo año, y otra cuarta parte el 18 de marzo del mismo año.
