º. Durante el periodo señalado en el artículo anterior cada uno de los candidatos a la Presidencia de la República dispondrá de los servicios de televisión para exponer sus tesis y programas por el término de dos horas fraccionadas en espacios de dos medias horas mensuales no acumulables, ni tampoco transmisibles a personas distintas del propio candidato.
