A partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, estará exento de derechos de aduana el ingreso al país de vehículos de navegación clasificables por la posición arancelaria 89.01.89.00 no producidos en el país, que se destinen al transporte de carga y pasajeros en los ríos de las intendencias y comisarías, y al cabotaje entre las islas de la Intendencia Especial de San Andrés y Providencia y el territorio continental colombiano.
