La Resolución que impone una sanción disciplinaria tendrá efecto inmediato y los recursos que contra ella se interpongan no impedirán su cumplimiento. En caso de que sea revocada una sanción de suspensión o destitución, el empleado deberá ser reintegrado inmediatamente al servicio y se le deberá pagar la remuneración por el tiempo que hubiere estado cesante por causa de la sanción.
