Artículo octavo. Además de la licencia que para el funcionamiento otorgue el Instituto Nacional de Higiene Samper - Martínez, las fábricas de bebidas fermentadas deberán proveerse de la patente de sanidad que expedirá la autoridad sanitaria local una vez comprobados los requisitos exigidos por el artículo 6º de este Decreto. La patente de sanidad se entenderá solamente sobre condiciones del edificio y no ocasionará emolumentos.
