Del presupuesto del Fondo. Fedepalma, con fundamento en los programas y proyectos aprobados por el Congreso Nacional de Cultivadores de Palma de Aceite, elaborará, antes de 1º de octubre, el plan de inversiones y gastos para el siguiente ejercicio anual. Este plan sólo podrá ejecutarse previa la aprobación del Comité Directivo del Fondo.
