ARTICULO 94 . Petición de informes . El juez que conozca de un proceso y tenga noticia de que en un juzgado cursan otro u otros procesos de aquellos que deban acumularse, pedirá informes al juez respectivo, quien deberá contestar dentro de los tres días siguientes al recibo de la petición.
