Adquisición de bienes muebles. La adquisición de bienes muebles que requiera el Servicio se hará conforme, a las disposiciones del Decreto 2370 de 1968, cuando para determinados bienes o clases de bienes así lo disponga la Junta Directiva del Instituto Nacional de Provisiones con la aprobación del Gobierno. Las compras directas que pueda realizar conforme al mismo Decreto se ajustarán a las disposiciones generales vigentes sobre la materia y las particulares que se consagren en estos Estatutos.
