La violación, por parte de una Compañía de Seguros, de cualquiera de las disposiciones contenidas en la ley sobre sociedades Corredoras de Seguros, será sancionada de acuerdo con lo establecido por el artículo 1º del Decreto-Ley número 329 de 1938. Las sanciones indicadas en los artículos precedentes se aplicarán sin perjuicio de las contenidas en el artículo 5º del Decreto legislativo 3233 de 1965.
