Art. 2.° Facúltase al Poder Ejecutivo para celebrar el contrato correspondiente para la construcción y conservación de este camino, concediendo al contratista, por cuenta de la Nación, un auxilio hasta de mil pesos ($ 1,000) y hasta de cien (100) hectáreas de tierras baldías por cada kilómetro de camino que se construya y facultándolo para cobrar hasta por diez años un derecho de pisadura que se fijará en el contrato por los ganados y bestias cargadas que pasen por él.
