Cualquier modificación o cambio en la organización administrativa, previo el lleno de los requisitos establecidos en el Decreto-ley 2814 de 1968, deberá ser aprobado por la Junta Directiva lo mismo que la variación, creación suspensión y función de cargo y su correspondiente nomenclatura.
