ARTICULO 2.2.2.1.4 .- INVERSIONES EN BANCOS HIPOTECARIOS. Los bancos comerciales podrán suscribir y poseer acciones de bancos hipotecarios establecidos o que se establezcan en el país, de conformidad con las disposiciones legales, pero sin que el total de la inversión en tales acciones exceda del diez por ciento (10%) del capital y la reserva legal del respectivo banco comercial.
