Artículo Tercero. La provisión de empleos de los cargos establecidos en el presente Decreto, se hará con base en el personal que actualmente presta sus servicios en la División de Imprenta Nacional.

Parágrafo

Los empleados que continúen prestando sus servicios en los empleos reclasificados en este Decreto, no necesitarán nuevo nombramiento, ni nueva posesión.
