" Artículo 1° Créase una nueva Provincia, que se denominará de "Sumapaz" y se compondrá de los siguientes Municipios; Arbeláez, Fusagasugá, Nilo, Pandi, Pasca, Ricaurte, Tibacuy y Viotá. Por Decreto especial de esta Gobernación se fijará la capital de la Provincia. "

Parágrafo

En la Provincia habrá una Prefectura servida por siguientes empleados: un Prefecto, un Secretario y un Escribiente, quienes gozarán de una asignación anual de mil ochocientos pesos ($1,800), de ochocientos cuarenta pesos ($ 840), y de seiscientos pesos ($ 600), respectivamente.
