De la partida global liquidada en el Presupuesto de Gastos dé la vigencia fiscal en curso para el Ministerio de Fomento, en el Capituló 70, artículo 755, "liara construcción de obras de fomento del turismo", hacese la siguiente distribución parcial: Capítulo 7°, artículo 755 Ordinal 89 Para pagar el primer aporte del Gobierno Nacional en la construcción del Hotel de Turismo de la ciudad de San Gil Departamento de Santander del Sur), dé que trata este Decreto $ 50.000.00 Ordinal 9° Para cancelar la deuda pendiente a favor de la firma social Obregón Valenzuela & Cía. Ltda., por conducto de la Junta, Cívica de Turismo de Cartagena, de que trata el Decreto 3243 $ 13.673.44 Suman los aportes $ 63.673.44
