Multa

Decreto 2584 de 1993 · por el cual se modifica el Reglamento de Disciplina para la Policía Nacional.

Multa. La multa consiste en imponer al infractor el descuento de una suma de dinero que no podrá ser inferior a un (1) día de sueldo básico, ni exceder de quince (15). El descuento se hará efectivo por la pagaduría de la respectiva unidad, en favor del Instituto de Seguridad Social y Bienestar para la Policía Nacional.

Parágrafo

Mientras se organiza y entra en funcionamiento el Instituto de Seguridad Social y Bienestar para la Policía Nacional, el descuento por multas se continuará consignando a favor del Bienestar Social de la Policía Nacional.
