Renovación de licencia de funcionamiento. Los prestadores de servicios de vigilancia y seguridad privada obligados que soliciten o se encuentren en proceso de renovación de licencia de funcionamiento, deberán aportar junto con su solicitud, el respectivo seguro de vida colectivo vigente. El incumplimiento de este deber legal por parte del prestador de servicios de vigilancia y seguridad privada obligado, tendrá como consecuencia la no renovación de la licencia de funcionamiento.
