Incentivos y estímulos. Las entidades territoriales podrán generar reconocimientos y estímulos para impulsar el cumplimiento de las políticas, estrategias y acciones establecidas en los instrumentos de planificación territorial, y la participación del sector privado y la sociedad civil en el desarrollo turístico sostenible del territorio. El Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo, en el marco legal y reglamentario vigente, podrá realizar esta gestión a través del Fondo Nacional de Turismo.
