Los contratos que celebren las Áreas Metropolitanas se someterán a lo dispuesto en el Estatuto General de Contratación de la Administración Pública.

Parágrafo

Para la ejecución de los Macroproyectos de Interés Social Nacional se atenderá lo dispuesto en el artículo 18 de la Ley 1469 de 2011 o en las normas que lo adicionen, modifiquen o sustituyan.
