A partir del año lectivo de 1960, en todo establecimiento de educación, sea rural, urbano de enseñanza primaria, secundaria, universitaria, de comercio, de artes y oficios, etc. oficiales y privados, la enseñanza de la cooperación será obligatoria, y se considerará como parte integrante de los programas que actualmente rigen por la disposición del Ministerio de Educación.
