Cuando la solicitud de consulta o de expedición de copias verse sobre documentos que oportunamente fueron publicados, así lo informará la Administración indicando el número y la fecha del Diario, Boletín o Gaceta en que se hizo la divulgación. Si este último se encontrare agotado, se deberá atender la petición formulada como si el documento no hubiere sido publicado.
