Cuando el usuario de los servicios turísticos incumpla por no presentarse o no utilizar los servicios pactados, el prestador podrá exigir a su elección el pago del 20% de la totalidad del precio o tarifa establecida o retener el depósito o anticipo que previamente hubiere recibido del usuario, si así se hubiere convenido.
