Las mercancías en tránsito que ingresen a zona franca de manera temporal para ser remitidas posteriormente al exterior, estarán exentas del pago de toda clase de impuestos, tasas o contribuciones, salvo en cuanto hace a los derechos por concepto de arrendamientos a la prestación de servicios de almacenaje, custodia, estiba, acarreo o cualquier otro que se preste dentro de la respectiva zona, con sujeción a las tarifas que ésta establezca.
