Los gastos imprevistos del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores se presupondrán en el diez por ciento (10%) del monto total de su presupuesto general de gastos. Queda así modificado, en lo que a dicho Ministerio se refiere, el inciso 7o. del artículo 3° de la Ley 7°. de 1916.
