Para preservar la sana competición, el decoro y el respeto que la actividad deportiva demanda, se establece un régimen disciplinario en los organismos deportivos, sin perjuicio de la responsabilidad civil, penal o administrativa in que puedan incurrir deportistas, dirigentes, personal técnico, auxiliar, científico y de juzgamiento.
