°. Prórroga del contrato de concesión. Para la prórroga del contrato de concesión a fin de continuar con las actividades de explotación, el concesionario minero deberá presentar un nuevo Programa de Trabajos y Obras para la vigencia de la prórroga, y estar al día con todas las obligaciones derivadas del contrato de concesión y la ley.
