Usuario industrial de servicios. Es la persona jurídica o la sucursal de una sociedad extranjera constituida para realizar actividades exclusivamente dentro del perímetro de la respectiva Zona Franca, que se dedique a la prestación de servicios orientados prioritariamente a mercados externos. Para su funcionamiento deberá suscribir con el usuario operador un contrato en el que se determinen especialmente los términos y las condiciones de su relación.
