Todo empleado u obrero de las obras nacionales tiene derecho a quince días útiles y continuos de vacaciones remuneradas, por cada año continuo de servicios prestados. La remuneración de las vacaciones será la que esté devengando el trabajador en el momento que le corresponda cada aumento en el asueto legal y si le será pagada en la fecha que comience a disfrutarlas.
