º . De conformidad con lo establecido en el

Parágrafo 3

del artículo 116 y en el artículo 125 de la Ley 508 de 1999, sólo se entiende que existe compensación y liquidación de valores depositados, cuando todas las partes que intervienen en la operación sean depositantes directos y puedan actuar como agentes de compensación y liquidación, en la entidad de depósito respectiva.
