Para fines de la afectación de impuesto sobre el consumo de cerveza de producción nacional de que trata el artículo 2º. del Decreto ley 190 de 1969, las empresas productoras deducirán previamente la participación que corresponde al fondo Nacional de Caminos Vecinales y la cancelarán directamente en las Tesorerías de las Seccionales del Fondo que funcionan en los Departamentos.
