El Presente Decreto Rige A Partir De La Fecha De Su Publicación
Decreto 4297 de 2009 · por medio del cual se modifica el Decreto 3903 del 8 de octubre de 2009, por medio del cual se faculta a embajadores y cónsules colombianos debidamente acreditados ante otros Estados para llevar a cabo las inscripciones de cédulas para el proceso electoral de elección de Congreso de la República a realizarse el 14 de marzo de 2010 y de Presidente y Vicepresidente el día 30 de mayo de 2010 y el 20 de junio de 2010 en caso de segunda vuelta.
