Cuando la infracción se comete en ejercicio de un permiso o licencia, además de las sanciones previstas en los artículos anteriores, se revocará el permiso o se cancelará la licencia respectiva. Las personas jurídicas a quienes se otorgue permiso de caza o permiso o licencia para realizar actividades de caza serán también responsables por las infracciones a las normas de protección y manejo de la fauna silvestre, en que incurra el personal a su servicio.
