Las sanción o sanciones impuestas mediante resolución motivada deberán notificarse personalmente al afectado o a su representante legal o a su apoderado, dentro del término de los cinco (5) días hábiles posteriores a su expedición. Contra el acto administrativo en mención proceden los recursos de ley conforme a lo dispuesto en el Código Contencioso Administrativo.
