Copia de las diligencias practicadas en la forma que indica el artículo anterior puede ser aducida como prueba, y las declaraciones valdrán como si se hubieran recibido en el curso del juicio. La parte contraria puede pedir la ratificación de los testigos; pero las declaraciones se reputan corrientes mientras los que las dieron no las desvirtúan en nuevas exposiciones.
