º . Dirección de Hidrocarburos. Son funciones de la Dirección de Hidrocarburos las establecidas en el artículo 11 del Decreto 1141 de 1999 a excepción de las contenidas en los numerales 1º, 7º y 11 del citado decreto.

Parágrafo

En concordancia con lo establecido en el artículo 5º del presente decreto, las funciones de la Dirección de Hidrocarburos, en cuanto a gas, se circunscriben a las fases de exploración y explotación.
