Decreto 1991 de 1997 · por el cual se reglamenta el artículo 25 de la Ley 300 de 1996 y se modifica el numeral 9 del artículo 1° del Decreto 500 del 28 de febrero de 1997.

º. Funciones del Comité de Peajes Turísticos . El Comité creado mediante el presente Decreto, deberá rendir concepto sobre el establecimiento de peajes turísticos que le soliciten los Consejos Municipales, previo a la aprobación de los acuerdos correspondientes.

Parágrafo

El concepto emitido por el Comité será de obligatorio acatamiento por parte de los Consejos Municipales.
